The sound of the garbage truck coming earlier than it usually does!I was caught off guard as I heard the roar of the truck...much earlier than usual. I quickly threw in the Halloween pumpkins and rushed down the driveway. As I glanced down the street, I saw half a dozen of my neighbors frantically doing the same thing! It was hilarious...all of us half dressed running for the curb!

So glad to know that I'm not the only one to do this. But hey, getting those gross gooey pumpkins gone is of great importance.
Ha ha ha! We had the same thing happen to us Monday morning...except we just laid in bed and said oh well!
You know they're driving around laughing and keeping score about how many people they made jump out of bed and wake up. It's hard to figure out how they can ONLY pick up trash in the early morning. Do they have every afternoon off?
I know how you feel. Last week my dear husband forgot to take it to the curb (his one chore) and I was gone bright and early that day and it didn't get taken care of. Now we are overflowing with garbage! Yikes. Tomorrow is our garbage day and I know he won't forget this week!!!
