....when you forget your child's preschool graduation.I don't even know why I am posting this because if you know me, this really is no surprise. I guess I'm just posting this to document my senility. I've gotten in the (bad) habit of checking Jenna's preschool calendar right before school each day. This has caused us to miss a few field trips and now her little graduation. Basically anything that is outside the normal day and time of preschool I have missed. I do stuff like this far too often. What's the deal??

Yes - you are juggling! I am the same way. A year ago or so we missed Chritens dance recital. We got there an hour late as they were finishing up and i thought that was when it was to start. Yeah . . .
We've all got the t-shirt for those things! It's not senility... it's offspring-induced Dementia, or OID. It is brought on by having children, there is no cure, and it is not preventable. It will make you do some really stupid things when you least expect it. Fortunately, most sufferers are pretty tolerant of the problems it causes, although it can often cause them to laugh and think, "Thank heavens it was her, not me."
Man-speaking of missing things...I have missed your last few post. Fun to catch up. Love all the pics from Cali. Love your mom for keeping the kiddos. She is the best and if she is ever taking anyone's kids, it will be mine.:) Chris is my kid's grandma. Tell the others to get in line. They have to do their time and their bonding with Chris as I have over the years. That doesn't happen over night ya know ;)???
Don't beat yourself up about the graduation. I miss something big at least once a week. The beauty is that she is young enough she won't remember this one. It is when they get old enough to remember that it gets tricky. ;)...you were probably on the phone with me talking (or should I say texting) me off a cliff. ;) - I will take the heat for this one :)
